Return Policy

Unwanted Merchandise: All returns must be authorized by Apparel and Promotions and returned within 15 days of receipt. Any returned items without an RA (return authorization) will be refused. There will be a 20% restock fee for returned goods and shipping and handling charges are non refundable. All orders must be returned freight prepaid.

Embellished garments are non returnable: No exceptions.

Irregular Items: All irregular items must be returned within 15 days. Upon receipt of goods, replacement goods or refunds will be processed as quickly as possible. Your return freight will also be refunded.
